Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. At HTCARZ, we strive to provide a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our customers.

Standard Cancellation

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund (100% of the booking amount)
  • 24-48 hours before pickup: 75% refund of the booking amount
  • 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the booking amount
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund (100% cancellation fee)

No-Show Policy

If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notification, the booking will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be issued.

Early Return Policy

If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, the unused rental days will not be refunded. However, if you return the vehicle due to mechanical issues caused by us, a prorated refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Cash Payment: 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Early return due to vehicle malfunction (prorated)
  • Duplicate charges (full refund of duplicate amount)
  • Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • No-show bookings
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup
  • Late returns beyond the scheduled time
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions
  • Damage to the vehicle caused by the customer
  • Fuel charges (if vehicle returned with less fuel than provided)

Please provide your booking confirmation number and the reason for cancellation when requesting a refund.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund was processed incorrectly or have any concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact our customer support team. We will review your case and provide a resolution within 5-7 business days.
